All Nutrition Seminar are held by Registered Dietitian.
The Seminar offers a variety of topics including, the essentials of healthy weight loss, good nutrition, and behavior modification. The meeting will include a weigh-in period using a medical grade analysis scale that will print the water, muscle and fat in the body, followed by 1 hour lecture, Q&A with a Registered Dietitian.
Benefits of this Seminar include: support and guidance to help you reach your goal weight and stay there, education and discussions about how to make wise choices, eat healthy, and enjoy food and exercise. This is a great opportunity to learn from practical experiences and tips from a Registered Dietitian.
Fee $20 for each session. Free for the patients who have joined the weight loss program. New topics discussed each time.
